Timelines are estimates subject to weather, traffic, and logistics.
1. About Imphal Courier
Imphal Courier, a child company of SenCache Technologies Private Limited, provides courier, parcel pickup, transportation, delivery, tracking, and related logistics services. In these Terms:
- "Imphal Courier", "we", "us": The business entity operating the Services.
- "Customer", "you": Any person accessing or using our Services.
- "Parcel", "Shipment": Items submitted for pickup/delivery.
- "Recipient": The designated receiver of a Shipment.
2. Acceptance & 3. Eligibility
By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. If acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you hold full legal authority.
4. Account Security & 5. Google Sign-In
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and updating your profile data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Google Authentication Note
When logging in via Google Sign-In, we receive only your Name and Email Address. We never view, collect, or store your Google password.
6. Placing Orders & 7. Packaging Guidelines
Accurate details (sender/recipient addresses, phone numbers, parcel dimensions, declared value) are mandatory. Incomplete info may lead to failed pickups, delays, or extra charges.
Packaging Responsibility:
Customers are strictly responsible for securely packaging items. Imphal Courier may refuse packages that are leaking, damaged, unsealed, or unsafe for transit.
8. Prohibited Items & 9. Inspection
The following items are not accepted for air-cargo transportation through ImphalCourier and must not be booked. Items prohibited or restricted under applicable Indian Government, aviation, airport, airline, and security regulations will be refused.
Important Notice - Prohibited Items
- Explosives and fireworks
- Firearms, ammunition, and illegal weapons
- Flammable liquids, fuels, petrol, diesel, kerosene, and similar items
- Gas cylinders and compressed gases
- Toxic, poisonous, or corrosive chemicals
- Radioactive materials
- Dangerous chemicals and hazardous substances
- Illegal drugs and narcotic substances
- Counterfeit or illegally imported goods
- Live animals, unless specifically approved and arranged under applicable procedures
- Certain plants, seeds, agricultural products, meat, fish, and other restricted biological or perishable items without required permits
- Lithium batteries, power banks, and battery-powered devices that do not meet applicable air-transport requirements
- Any item specifically prohibited by the airport, airline, customs, security authorities, or Government of India
We reserve the right to inspect or screen parcels in compliance with law enforcement and security standards.
10 - 13. Pickup, Delivery & Tracking
Delivery times are estimated and may be impacted by weather, traffic, network delays, or public restrictions. Deliveries are formally confirmed via OTP verification, signature, or electronic Delivery Partner confirmation.
14 - 17. Pricing, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Pricing is determined by pickup and delivery locations, parcel weight, service type, and the services selected at checkout. The applicable amount is shown or confirmed before payment. Air Cargo pricing starts from ₹439 for parcels weighing 0.1–1 kg, subject to the final shipment details.
Air Cargo
- External Courier Charge: transport charge applied by the external courier or airline.
- Pickup Charge: optional charge when pickup is requested.
- Platform Charge: charge for using the Imphal Courier service.
- Delivery Charge: charge for delivery from the hub to the recipient or delivery point.
- Service Charge: operational handling and coordination charge.
- Extra Wrapping/Protection Charge: optional charge when additional protection is requested or required.
- Open Box Charge: optional charge when open-box checking is selected.
Other Courier Services
- External Courier Charge: transport charge applied by the selected external courier.
- Pickup Charge: optional charge when pickup is requested.
- Platform Charge: charge for using the Imphal Courier service.
- Service Charge: operational handling and coordination charge.
- Extra Wrapping/Protection Charge: optional charge when additional protection is requested or required.
- Open Box Charge: optional charge when open-box checking is selected.
Optional charges apply only when the relevant service is selected or needed for safe handling. Taxes, carrier revisions, remote-area fees, or other government-mandated charges may be added where applicable.
- Orders can be cancelled before parcel collection.
- Refunds are unavailable if services have been rendered or if terms were violated.
- Actual physical specs differing from booking data will incur adjusted charges.
18 - 28. Liabilities, Force Majeure & Legal Terms
For lost or damaged parcels, contact support promptly with purchase invoices, tracking codes, and photographs. Imphal Courier is not liable for delays caused by Acts of God, severe weather, strikes, or network failures. Terms are governed by applicable Indian laws.
